Clifton Victoria Inn at the Falls

I recently stayed at Clifton Victoria Inn and had a very pleasant experience. The rooms were clean and well maintained, which made our stay comfortable from the moment we arrived. The hotel has a slightly older style, but it’s well kept and has its own charm. The staff were especially helpful and welcoming throughout our visit. They were always ready to assist with any questions and made sure everything went smoothly. Renovations are currently ongoing, which is actually a positive sign that the property is being upgraded and improved. Despite the updates in progress, our stay was not negatively affected. Overall, it’s a clean, comfortable hotel in a great location with friendly and supportive staff. A reliable choice for anyone visiting Niagara Falls.

In my opinion, this hotel is simply amazing! Considering its location and cost - effectiveness, it's the best. Although the hotel facilities are a bit old, the staff's service attitude is quite good! There's a convenience store around the corner downstairs. There's a swimming pool in the lobby, and the breakfast is also good. It's suitable for family trips.

I love the Clifton inn I stayed there for one night and it was so fun. They hade breakfast and dinner but I did not go to the diner. The staff was nice but they did not like to talk. Over all the place is a bit weird. But I would go again

This is one of my favorite places in the universe. Family tradition to spend 2 nights here every year between xmas and New Years. We get the waterpark package, it's worth it. The CVI is great. We've gotten the 2 room suite the last 2 years. Rooms are spacious and clean. The Edge for here goes to the abundant free parking, the satisfying free breakfast and the lovely pool and sauna that's perfect for an evening wind down. I don't even love waterparks, but I can never get back to this trip and this hotel soon enough.

Clifton Victoria Inn is positioned perfectly to walk to just about anything. Even though the rooms could use some updating the rooms and facilities were clean. Hotel staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. We decided to book with the Waterpark package which was well worth it. The Waterpark is across the street and its indoors. Would book again!

First the negative This hotel is old and in need of updates. There are bald spots on the carpet, wrinkles in the wallpaper, duct tape in a couple spots. Now the positive But it's clean and regularly tended. The hotel design is interesting, with the common space between two buildings and having the impression of being outside on a street. There is a small pool (with a pretty neat blue light) and a sauna in the common area, a glass-doored elevator, and balconies that open up inside onto the common area. All of this makes it an interesting experience and a load of fun for kids. The breakfast is a touch above Continental and there is a microwave in the common space which means you can heat up your own leftovers whenever you want. Or popcorn for movie night. The biggest feature, though, is the waterpark pass. You can get a family of four into the water park for the better part of 2 days for around the same price as a normal hotel room. All in all it's a great family experience. We've been coming here yearly for the past several years and have no intention of stopping.

Check in and out was very easy. The hotel is in a great location, just a minute or two to the casino and Clifton Hill attractions. The room was clean and the jacuzzi tub nice. The pool area at is lit up at night and we could see it from our balcony which was nice. The included breakfast was decent and they kept up with restocking well. Check out is at 11:00 but they let us park there until 3:00 which was great.

The hotel is within walking distance to plenty of attractions, including the falls. Distant enough to not be surrounded by crowd noise. It's an older hotel, you might see scuffs and minor damages to the paint and carpet but it is well maintained, clean and is very reasonably priced. One of the front office staff informed me that the hotel will have a full renovation during the slow season.
